easyMarkets Regulation and Safety of Funds

easymarkets regulation

👉 easyMarkets is not regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) but has regulation and authorization as follows:

➡️️ The British Virgin Islands – EF Worldwide Ltd is registered in the British Virgin Islands and holds license number SIBA/L/20/1135 with the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission.

➡️️ In Cyprus, Easy Forex Trading Ltd is a Cyprus-based entity that is regulated and authorized by the reputable Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 079/07.

➡️️ In Australia, Easy Markets Pty Ltd is a registered entity with regulations through the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) under AFSL number 246566.

➡️️ In the Republic of Seychelles, EF Worldwide Ltd is registered as a forex and CFD broker and regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (FSA) under SD056.

➡️️ The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has found them to be completely compliant with all its rules. ESMA is an independent EU agency that serves as a safety net for investors while fostering stable and orderly markets in the European Union’s financial sector.

👉 As a result, the company’s finances are kept separate from the client’s cash in top-tier worldwide bank accounts. The only people who have access to this money are the customers themselves, who may make use of them whenever they see fit.

👉 Negative balance protection is standard on all trading accounts so that no customer will lose more money than they put in.

👉 Company finances are often audited frequently by reputable external auditors. In addition, apart from independent audits, they have risk management to identify, analyse, monitor, and control each form of risk linked with their operations regularly.

👉 When it comes to providing the best service possible to its customers, easyMarkets is always looking to improve. They keep enough cash on hand to cover all the company’s deposits, currency changes, and other costs. With these rules and standards in place, Nigerian traders can be certain that their money is safe.
